💡 KAWA Uganda’s Tremendous Role

KAWA Uganda led the entire mentorship cycle — from school-based ICT Club activities to regional exhibition preparation.
The coordination team ensured every student group received hands-on guidance and confidence to present their digital solutions professionally.

Prior to the competition, KAWA organised pre-competition innovation clinics, focusing on prototype validation,
presentation skills, and digital storytelling. These sessions nurtured creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.

In partnership with UCC, KAWA also facilitated a panel of tech experts and university lecturers
to mentor students on scalability, sustainability, and integration of their innovations within real-life community contexts.

“We witnessed not just prototypes — but future innovators capable of transforming their communities through technology.”
