Bulucheke SS is the oldest Secondary school in Bududa district. It was set up by the UPC government around 1983 with complete classrooms and a new TATA lorry labeled ‘Grow more Coffee’ at that time. It is a Church of Uganda school. The first Headmaster was Samuel Muyonga who later became Constituent Assembly (CA) Delegate in 1994. Mr. Opule was his deputy. A good number of MPs from Bududa are products of this School.
