Introduction
What is photographic interpretation?
This is another very interesting method of interpreting features of geography. It is the art which deals with foretelling geographical phenomena using photographs, usually shortened as photos.
A photograph as such is an actual picture of an object taken by a camera at a given day and time.
Unlike maps, photographs are much more varied both in scale and type. In most cases, they have many advantages in geographical interpretation than maps.
That is the reason why it is easier to handle photographic questions than maps. Perhaps to understand well, we need first of all find the differences between the two. Differences between maps and photos.
