The following are the parties to the above bill:-

The drawer:  i.e Mugoya Paul, the person demanding payment.

The drawee:   i.e Okoboi, the person required to pay.

The payee: N. Abeja, to be paid.

Acceptor: When the bill of exchange is presented to Okoboi, he honours it by writing across its face accepted and signs it or he may ask his bank to do it for him.
