Mobility of labour refers to the case with which labour can move from one job to another or from one place to another.

Immobility of labour is the inability of workers to move from one area to another or from one job to another.

The movement of labour (workers) from one location or place to another is called geographical mobility while the movement of labour from one job or occupation to another job is called occupational mobility.
