Measures to control inequality
The measure that are used to reduce inequality can be regulatory structure short term medium or long term policies .These measures are adopted depending on the causes of inequality.
Measures include the following ;-
- Use of progressive fiscal policy where the rich are also only charged highly but are also made to contribute higher proportion of their incomes to tax. The revenue realized four taxes is the used to provide service to the poor.

- Population control measures Population should be controlled to match with the growth of the national income of the economy.
- Rural development and transformation since the majority of the population leaves in rural area, it is necessary for the government to develop the rural area such that many economic activities can be created.
- Minimum registration. Government should establish minimum wage for all workers.
- Government should ensure peace and political stability in all regions of the country so as to stimulate investment.
- Government should avail credit facilities. This encourage people to increase on production and it increases productivity .
