Gadafi fuelled the civil was in Chad. Being a Moslem, Gadafi gave support to the northern-based Islamic rebels who continued destabilizing the legitimate government in Chad.
Training of terrorists. Gadafi's Islamic extremism has made him train killer squads (terrorists) whom he has used to track down his opponents in exile in home, Paris and London and at home.
Collaboration with dictatorial leaders in Africa. Gadafi supported fascist regime of Idi Amin of Uganda. In 2001 he visited Uganda and openly advised Yoweri Museveni not leave power.
He tried to force political unions with Egypt, Tunisia and Syria; hence acting as a small volatile and destabilizing force throughout North Africa, the middle East and the world in general.
