Budget.

The budget is a document  or paper  which shows  the government's expected expenditure  and revenue for a particular  fiscal year. The Budget briefly gives a summary of the performance of the economy in the  previous fiscal year in terms of output per sector, foreign exchange earnings and B.O.P position. It explains  ways in which the estimated revenue is to  be raised and  how it is to be spent.

It also gives  an outline of the laws  governing  and relating to the monetary and fiscal policy.
