Dr. James P Habyarimana, Global Chairman
James Habyarimana is the Provost Distinguished Associate Professor at the McCourt School of Public
Policy. His research is focused on identifying low-cost strategies to address barriers to better health
and education outcomes in developing countries.

Highly accomplished aerospace engineer, entrepreneur, and business leader with extensive expertise
in aerospace systems engineering, digital transformation strategies, ICT educational frameworks, and
innovative business solutions. Proven success in managing complex, multi-faceted projects, leading
diverse and high-performing teams, and delivering impactful outcomes across various sectors.
Passionately committed to harnessing technological advancements to foster growth and
sustainability within aerospace and educational domains, particularly emphasizing developmental
initiatives in Uganda and internationally.
Wamanga Moses National chairman
Moses has a wealth of practical experience and a solid understanding of Microfinance and Business
Management for rural Development. He has designed and conducted various workshops on how ICT
can be effectively applied to yield a positive impact on society. He is currently a Personal
Empowerment Advocate, Trainer in the use of ICT for enhanced teacher and learning as well as Head,
Education Specialist, KAWA Uganda….
Topista Tindimwebwa, Senior Education Specialist
Topista Tindimwenwa completed her Masters in education administration from Islamic University in
Uganda. She serves as an Education Specialist specialising in School Leadership and Quality teacher
training practices for the 21st Century. Prior to joining KAWA team, she served as classroom
teacher and Senior administrator at St. Lawrence Schools, Headteacher at Mubende Parents High
school as well as Hill view College, Bulangila…..
Job Wananda: Director, Finance
Mr. Wananda Job is an accountant and business developer who serves as the Head of Finance and
Administration department at KAWA.
He is also the founder and Managing director of Freeways Trade Links Limited where he accumulated
practical experience in applying ICT Development skills in various computer applications for
individual and corporate affairs…..
Moses Atine : Technical Director
Moses Atine is a Board advisor and director of Technical Affairs. A detail oriented professional with
experience in Application Development, IT support and delivery, IT security, IT Audit & Assurance. A
team player able to adapt to work demands. Open minded and keen to learn.
Kanyua Nduthu
Kanyua Nduthu is a Communication Strategist, Corporate Planner, researcher, monitoring &
evaluation specialist, education curriculum developer, content developer, Climate change
ambassador, Peace Ambassador, Gender advocate, Civic Educator, Sexual Reproductive Health
Educator with a wide experience in Adolescence Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)
Education & Policy since 2015. She is the Lead Consultant and Advisor at KAWA Africa.
Fridah Nabahwana
Fridah Nabahwana is a qualified Educator and Finance Literacy technocrat with more than 15 years of
experience in the education and Micro Lending Sectors. She is the Managing Director at Faith Women
Development Network, and has worked closely with high-profile organizations such as Grandma
Microfinance among a diverse range of clients to help them improve staff performance and business
outcomes through better learning, training, and compliance programs.
Rebecca Auma
Rebecca Auma serves as KAWA Accountant. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration from Makerere University. She is an enthusiastic accountant with high vigor to get
engaged in accountability practices to ensure a high level of efficiency and effectiveness in the use
of organizational resources. She is a CPA candidate soon to join the ranks of meticulous Professional
accountants.
